Most conventional ultrasonic cleaners are a setup in
which an element that sends its vibrations to the cleaning
tank is bonded to the back of the tank with adhesives. In
such a setup, the vibratory efficiency is poor; the element
itself cannot tolerate heat and the adhesives peel off. The
element easily breaks loose and gets damaged. But PIEZO-1 is
different.
PIEZO-1 has a new epoch-making structure - a
piezoelectric vibrating element is welded onto the back of
the tank. This boosts vibratory efficiency, provides solid
thermal resistance and prevents the element from getting
damaged.
